“I was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Banh was mindful of time and efficient but he didn't rush me out the door. He slso didn't get judgmental when I told him that I hadn't had an eye exam for four years. He also gave me coupons for the OTC eye drops he recommended for me. Great doc!”

Just not impressed all around with the experience. It felt like I was being taken advantage of, as if they were upselling services to make a buck instead of actually caring about the patients needs. I’ve had much better experiences with other optometrists, I will take my money elsewhere next time.

Dr Banh was great. Very friendly and efficient. However, the front staff are extremely unprofessional. I asked for my prescription and itemized receipt a total of 4 times before I got it. Staff lies and says they will send it in “15-20 minutes.” or “First thing in the morning.” and still don’t. From this alone, I won’t return, but would definitely go to a practice with just Dr. Banh. New front staff is definitely needed.

He explains things clearly and even writes things down for you to research at home so that you can make an informed decision about your eye care. He goes above and beyond in his care for his patents.
