“We are so grateful for Hilary! She has made managing our daughter's diabetes feel much less intimidating than it did at diagnosis. Hilary is friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. We consider her a valuable team member on our daughter's care team. Her guidance has been an integral part of bringing our daughter's glucose numbers down from 11 at diagnosis to 5.9 two and a half months in. I'm certain we wouldn't be here with medication alone. Hilary is a gem.”

About Hilary Milott

Growing up on a farm in Illinois, I fell in love with how food is grown to nurture, excite and strengthen us. Advising college athletes, pregnant and new moms, veterans, diabetics, surgical patients and other communities around the country have given me a broad base of experience to empower my patients to achieve their goals. I look forward to partnering with patients to achieve their health plans.

My visit went great, I wasn’t sure what to expect and about 50 pounds over my target weight. I had high blood pressure and not feeling well. Hilary was great when we met, i felt at ease right away. She did a great job explaining to me how it will be possible to lose weight, she explained the peaks and valleys my journey will take, and she was right. Now three months later i have dropped 27 pounds, and my blood pressure is staying around 119/70 with a resting heart rate of 62. It wasnt easy and it wasnt hard, Hillary was always there when i would struggle at times. The best thing about my experience is my nutritional plan was based around me and my life style.
