About Hillary Winkler
Hillary completed her undergraduate studies at University of Maryland, College Park. Prior to PA school, she worked as a medical and surgical assistant at a local dermatology office where her passion for dermatology developed. Hillray attended university of Maryland Eastern Shore’s Physician Assistant program and was elected Vice President of her cohort. She was selected by her program director to be nominated into the Alpha Pi Honors Society. She is a member of SDPA, MAPA, and AAPA
In her free time she enjoys spending time with my husband and dog (Zoey).

This provider is both professional and organized. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room, and PA Winkler is always friendly and helpful. I will way that is taken several appts to this provider to get the right kind of treatment for my needs. I feel like they could have provided me with either a referral to go somewhere else to treat my condition or be less afraid to try stronger medications, since the "safer" ones are not fixing the problem. My condition is not some unique problem and should have been resolved after 4+ appointments.

Dr. Williams and her assistant were both top notch! They were friendly and compassionate. Dr. Williams made sure I understood the procedure and explained everything up front. She and her assistant were compassionate and kind ; always asking if I was comfortable during the procedure and gave great follow up instructions. I would definitely recommend her!

The front desk receptionist was very nice and kind, had all paperwork ready and was very helpful. PA Hillary Winkler was brisk and focused. She had two trainees with her during the appointment, which I find laudable. She diagnosed my skin irritation after getting some background and was able to prescribe an antibiotic ointment for the infection I didn't know I had. The only comment I can make that she might use moving forward is to please let the patient finish speaking before speaking over them. Cutting me short felt dismissive. The office was a pleasure and I am considering using Hillary Winkler for my primary dermatological needs.
