Doctor P was great. The wait to see him was longer than expected, at a little over an hour. I'm not entirely sure if this is unusually long, but typically I've expected shorter wait times elsewhere/

Hillcrest medical is my favorite medical provider in all of Texas, Dr. Padilla as a god sent among physicians I would without a doubt and I do introduce friends and family. We LOVE Dr.P

I had a UTI and they did not send the sample refrigerated to the lab. I was not contacted about their mistake, nor did they let me know how to set up their lab account access.
I now have to go elsewhere to get a culture done.
They do not answer the phone nor call back.
I would go to a different place for an appointment, I unfortunately wasted time here.

I was seen by Mallorie Davidson, FNP. I have seen her before and she is delightful! She was quick to answer my questions and had solutions right away. The office staff is kind, personable and efficient. I always go to Hillcrest Medical for all of my health needs, highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting this clinic. The front office was very informative and quick with checking me in and out. The Dr. was nice, answered all of my questions and was very informative.
The issues I have is with communication and sense of urgency after the visit.
I forgot to ask a few important questions during the visit about drug interactions and advise about a prescription. It took 4 days to receive an answer via email (nobody answers when you call or returns your call after leaving a voicemail). I was also informed that the Dr. I seen never responded to my requests and that another Dr. had to respond for her.
However after the response I was able to get immediate responses via email, within a few mins.
This is something that needs to be worked on, whether someone was out of the office or the message was just missed. It would be helpful if there was an online patient portal where messages are sent directly to the staff and everyone sees if there's been a response yet.

I never saw the actual provider. The staff and nurses were friendly, and the wait time was short. However, I wasn’t informed that I’d be seeing a PA. She was nice but rushed the visit. I came in for a specific issue, but she brushed it off and focused on unrelated concerns instead. Even though I brought an X-ray and report, her only suggestion was to get a CT scan. I had high hopes based on the reviews, but I left disappointed. This was the first time I’ve felt dismissed at a doctor’s office. I won’t be coming back.

Love this office very unique set up to have your PCP also be an urgent care it’s very handy. Everyone that works here is on the ball never have any issue getting scripts filled, being seen, docs are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced I feel very comfortable coming here for just about anything. I do kinda wanna gate keep bc it’s too good to be true.
