What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions often involve exploring what’s coming up for you in the moment, noticing patterns, and using somatic and relational work to help regulate your nervous system and understand deeper roots. I provide a calm, grounded space where you can gain clarity, heal old wounds, and develop new ways of living that feel aligned and supportive.
