“After check in, the clinical team was not made aware that we were in the writing room, waiting to be seen. We waited for about 50 minutes before I asked at the desk what was going on. The receptionist who checked us in could see us sitting there, so I assumed she knew we were still waiting. She never apologized and told me not to book online in the future. I asked her why the online booking feature had worked for me with previous appointments, and if there were concerns with the bookings, why offer the option to book online in the first place? She didn't have any answers. The clinical team was exceptional and got us seen quickly and efficiently and apologized for the lack of communication from the receptionist. I have always had great experiences with the clinic and will continue to use them. However, the individual working the desk this morning should receive some additional training and work on her customer service skills. ”
