I set up an appt for my husband and as expected the wait time was lengthy but I read the reviews before booking. The Dr and the nurse was great ! Although the visit was successful I would not return. Officespace is extremely limited and I was told that I couldn’t fit in the room while my husband was being examined. I am a tall but petite person. The female conducting the EKG told me there is a treadmill in the room so there’s not even a place for me to stand , which the purpose of the examination was for me to compare and ask questions about my husbands heart. This female was a bit snotty which I’ve read about the rude staff also. Maybe the can invest in a treadmill that can fold up . My husband and/or myself will not return here. Sorry Doc!

The doctor was very nice and thorough, but I cannot recommend his office based on my experience with the staff. The receptionist was absolutely terrible. Rudest person I've encountered in all of NYC. A warning that they haven't figured out howto use ZocDoc yet, which caused a headache at my appointment. Call to schedule your appointment rather than doing it online. The doctor also ordered a test and the receptionist was supposed to tell me how to go about getting it done, but she was clueless about it and claimed they would call me back. They never did, and now I won't be able to have the test done because they missed the end of the year and I would have to pay off my deductible again.
