However, early in his career, his perspective on care began to expand when someone in his own family was struggling and needed something more than chiropractic adjustments alone. That experience introduced Dr. Cross to spinal decompression therapy. He watched firsthand as decompression made a meaningful difference in his family member's life, and it changed the way he thought about caring for patients with more complex spinal and disc-related diseases. Since then, Dr. Cross has dedicated a significant part of his continued study and practice to spinal decompression alongside chiropractic care. Today, his approach is not centered around fitting every patient into the same treatment plan. Instead, he takes the time to understand each person's condition, needs, and goals to determine which combination of care is most appropriate for them. Whether that means chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, rehabilitation, or a combination of therapies, the goal remains the same: provide individualized care that helps each patient get back to the life they want to live.
