“Front desk staff was busy and inattentive as is unfortunately the usual case at most doctors offices. The waiting room was nice and clean, though crowded and there was a LONG wait. The staff that worked with me within the offices were all very friendly. Dr. Wall is GREAT. Fantastic “bedside” manner, friendly, open to questions, and seems very knowledgeable in his field. Very happy with him so far.”

About Dr. Ian Wall
Dr. Ian Wall earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania, and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the Maimonides Medical Center, located in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Wall then went on to a Clinical Fellowship in the Department of Transplant Hepatology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, and a second Clinical Fellowship in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology in the Department of Internal Medicine at Maimonides Medical Center.

The wait wasn’t bad at all. The front desk and nursing staff is very nice. The office is beautiful, clean and comfortable.
Then you get to Dr. Wall! He is absolutely wonderful! He listens very carefully, asks a lot of questions to narrow down what the problem may be and gives suggestions to help. Not only that, he is very very friendly and super nice. Helps to have a doc that genuinely cares about your well being. I was referred to him by a friend that always said he was great, and my friend wasn’t wrong at all. Highly recommend Dr. Wall!

The doctor is great. Very good bedside manner and listens to everything you have to say. He also takes the time to explain everything to you so you have a better understanding. The wait time at this office is absolutely terrible. It's always 2 hours before you get called in only to wait more time for the doctor to come in. That is the only downside to seeing this doctor.

Love Dr. Wall! I've been going to him for years. Sometimes you have to wait a bit but seeing him is definitely worth it. You can tell he really cares for his patients and is incredibly smart.

I must say! i’ve been dealing with stomach ulcer since April and i’ve seen two other GI doctors who were just useless and don’t listen to my symptoms or even want to dig deep to try find a way for me to heal or even consider to figure out what is the other issues i have in my stomach. Dr Ian was super patient and wanted to know about all my symptoms and already addressed some of the issues i might have and working for a plan for me to heal. i really have faith in this dr to finally figure out the issues that i’ve been dealing with for months!
