Idiat was very nice and easy to speak with. My only issue is lack of communication after the appointment. She sent my prescription to CVS a week ago and they’ve reached out to me twice saying that they’re trying to get a hold of her for more information before they can fill my prescription. I called messaged her twice via the patient portal and haven’t gotten a response. I even reached out to Rula health and they told me to send her another message via patient portal but I still haven’t gotten a response. I understand she’s probably busy but this lack of communication regarding a prescription can be dangerous for someone who really needs their medication. Luckily I’m okay and I’m not experiencing an urgent mental health matter. CVS can’t fill my prescription until she responds to them. My insurance covered most of the cost for the appointment and now I may have to speak with someone else and pay another fee just to get my prescription.
