I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Pace University and a Bachelor’s degree from New York University. I have extensive experience working in the mental health field, treating clients of all ages and backgrounds. I have worked with clients who suffer from a range of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, behavioral disturbances, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorders, ADHD, and PTSD.
I utilize a holistic approach tailored to each client’s individual needs. In this regard, I do not use an algorithmic method and consider everyone’s path to wellbeing a unique journey. I employ evidence-based treatment, incorporating psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and lifestyle changes to optimize mental health.
Clients can expect to leave every session understanding their diagnosis and treatment plan. I aim to create a warm, safe environment where clients feel empowered to be active participants in their mental health care.
