Dr. Kainth was extremely personable and professional during my initial appointment. He and his staff gave me a thorough Physical Examination and he went above and beyond my expectations by providing me with an excellent orthopedic back supportbelt and Rx to clear up an existing health issue. I look forward to my next appointment with Inderjit!

The building itself where the practice is located is a bit dingy, and outdated. The parking lot is a nightmare. People parked in fire lanes because of no openings. Waiting room is poorly lit. My first appointment took about 30 minutesto be seen, and my follow-up took over an hour after my scheduled appointment. Nursing staff was friendly. I had no issues with how they administered their testing, or treatment. Upon first meeting the doctor he told me it was good to see me again, despite this being my first visit. The rest of our interaction felt similarly strange with a forced familiarity that wasn't actually there. I went in for a wellness exam to be fully covered by insurance. I went through the various tests the staff had me complete, only to find out later these were part of an office visit/comprehensive health testing. I'm not sure what the cause of this miscommunication was since I made no requests for any tests, or indicated any health issues that might warrant any. I was quite disappointed with the overall experience.

Lots of confusion regarding billing. I went in for an annual physical which is totally covered by my insurance. Dr Office refused to give my records unless I went in for follow up ( had to pay co pay). I wentin for follow up but I got a bill from Quest for lab work as Dr office had billed it as general check up instead of annual. Dr office hasn’t been helpful to rectify or solve the issue.

bedside manner is lacking, i felt uncomfortable throughout. He ended up not doing any physical work for me cos they couldn't stick any of their machine to my skin and my insurance still gets charged! He told me to come backin two weeks and not lotion when i come, so the first visit was a waste of time and he had no answer to any of my questions. I never went back, and never going back.

The staff do not have any idea of the wait time. It seems to be mostly first come first served and there is no point to booking an appointment on zocdoc. The doctor is good, but it would be better if his staff can schedule his appointments better.

The doctor did not ask enough questions during the annual physical regarding my health, or anything else. The test results were not discussed on phone, instead, I was asked to book another appointment to see the doctor, just to be told that the physical tests were okay.

I went in for a regular physical and bloodwork referral. Dr. Kainth was so friendly and welcoming, I am glad I chose this office! I normally have anxiety about doctor's appointments but he has a calming bedside manner. The appointment wasa breeze and he assured me I could call if I ever had any concerns. The front desk staff was very friendly too! If you have an evening appointment there might be a bit of a wait, but it is worth it for the quality of care.

While the doctor diagnosis and prescription part is under 10 mins, the wait time to see him was nearly an hour. I got a 1030 am appt and the doc only came in at abt 11. There were also folks inline before me and it looked like the zocdoc appointment doesnt really help as u have to sign in as u come and its more like first come first served.

He was extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment with him over a month ago, dropped off compliance/immunization forms for graduate school and he said if I sent him my immunization history he would fill out what he could and the nexttime I was in we would complete the paperwork. After multiple phone calls with his office over the course of the month, they called me and told me to come back in because the doctor wanted to see me. When I got there he told me he "didn't have time for this ----!" and that I should have "come at a decent hour". He had done nothing with my paperwork in over a month and proceeded to make it seem as if it was my fault that my school had these requirements. Cursing and raising your voice to a patient is unacceptable. Extremely unprofessional and his office staff may be the worst group of employees I have seen in a medical professional's office.

Dr. Kainth is a good doctor. His office staff is beyond incompetent. I'm not sure if it is a language barrier issue or if they simply don't listen. I have to repeat myself multiple times and they often give me answersthat do not match the questions I ask. They have also given my pharmacy a hard time. It is a shame that a good doctor has staff that is potentially losing him clients.

He took his time to explain his thoughts on my problem, and his recommendations on how to treat them. Overall was a good dr and thurough.
