SHE DOES NOT GIVE REFILLS I had a perfectly fine check-up visit three months ago and I was completely healthy. I told her my primary concern was maintaining a (non-controlled, non-addictive) prescription I'd been taking regularly for 10 years. She gave me the prescription, but neglected to inform me of her policy. I only found out about this ethically dubious practice when I called the for a routine refill. They told me they have a blanket no-refill policy and I would have to pay doctor and lab fees 4x a year simply to maintain my prescription. To be clear, this policy applies to ALL prescriptions, not just painkillers or controlled substances, and they require you to pay even if you are completely healthy and experiencing no side effects or changes. Basically they are simply multiplying all their fees from healthy patients by 4.
My experiences over the past two years under the care of Dr. Tovbina have been excellent. Dr. Tovbina genuinely cares for her patients. She takes the time to properly discuss, diagnose and treat them. Plus, her staff is very nice. I have referred friends and family to her and they all say them same thing...."Dr. Tovbina is GREAT"
Very good medical care. Friendly staff.
I needed an appointment last minute, I had a fever and terrible coughing as well as excessive mucus in lungs. She prescribed a very low dose of antibiotics. She examined me in her office using her light from her iPhone, seriously! I took the antibiotic for 7 days and turns out, when I went to another doctor I was diagnosed with bronchitis that turned into pneumonia. She was very nice, but I will not go back due to the lack of professionalism.
it was terrible the front desk people are very rude and not understanding
She was very rude and unfriendly
Overall she was nice and understanding. very nice staff. i made her my primacy doctor.
Inna is probably my favorite doctor ever. She took the time to examine me and listened to my ailments. She was thorough with her explanations and I walked out of there feeling like I just had a good chat. The office was quick and the front desk was pleasant. I couldn't have asked for a better visit.
I'd never ever use this medical office services. I have nothing against Dr.Tovbina, but the team behind her are a financial crocs. They'll rip you off incl. your health insurance to the max, and on top of that they'll show no remorse, arrogance and act like nothing happened. Because of such medical practices like above, Medicaid/Medicare suffered. Wish them to be shut asap.
Excellent care, thank you!
I don't recommend this doctor because she is so unprofessional. Idk how she obtained her license to practice because she doesn't know what she's doing.
Pleasant and knowledgeable Doctor, would see her again
I would not recommend this doctor because she is so disorganized and the staff looks at you more as a check then a patient
As a non-russian speaking patient, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tovbina. She was very friendly, warm, and knowledgable. I never felt uncomfortable or out of place. I would absolutely recommend her if you need a MD. Dr. Tovbina listen to my medical history and spoke to me as an equal. I will use her practice again.
Very nice woman, knowledgable and quick
I highly recommended!!! The stuff is really nice and qualified.
Fast and efficient... the treats in the reception area on this date was a nice touch.
Very good first impression. The Dr. took her time to listen to my concerns. Asked all the questions needed and inquired if there is anything else that I wanted to discuss. I didn't feel rushed and she was very professional and kind. The office was quite empty at that hour so I was seen right away. The young woman at the reception and the nurse were also very nice. I'd come back again.
Dr. Tovbinna was very nice. I went for a simple issue, but I really appreciated that she took the time to delve into my medical history to decipher if anything further could be wrong. She was professional and informative. She let me know what the course of action would be once results were back. I also like that I'm able to call for results instead of having to go back.
