The medical staff was great, the office was clean, and overall this was a good experience. This is an urgent care, though, and they don’t really do appointments - you can book a time, but that doesn’t guarantee you’ll be seen at or even near that time (I called in to see if I could move my appointment up, and they said that it would be best for me to just come in, because if they got a bunch of walk-ins those people would be seen first anyway).
