“Overall, I had a good experience at this urgent care. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and I was seen right away with virtually no wait time. My visit was quick, and they were able to address my issue efficiently.
The NP seemed a little unsure at times and performed only a brief exam, but they ultimately knew how to treat my condition and managed my pain appropriately. Despite that, the treatment was effective, and I left feeling better since I now knew that we have a plan and how to treat and move forward if the initial treatment isn't effective. Overall, I'd return if I needed urgent care again.”
