1) this appointment was my second in a week. The “history” shown by.zocdoc did not show the first appointment. History is not history if you don’t include Prior visits. 2) this is a busy flew and cold season, and there were many, many patients in the waiting room, and apparently not enough doctors too, treat them. My visit with the doctor was less than 15 minutes. The explanations of my condition and of the medication’s prescribed was minimal at both visits. 3) I don’t understand why a cough suppressant would be prescribed if the problem is accumulation of phlegm in my throat. It seems that coughing is one way to minimize the accumulation. The doctor did not explain to me what the connection should be. 4) I think the attendance were flight and courteous, but the treatment protocol was inadequate. 5) I hope I feel better soon.

The attendant was pretty rude . She gets irritated when you don't answer the question right away. The nurse practioner saw us was nice and professional .
Well maintained office. Was seen in a fairly short time. Once i was taken back to a room,and they read my vitals, the np saw me fairly soon which compared to other types of urgent cares where you sit in a room for a lengthy time. The np answered all my cares and listened and answered all my questions and concerns
