With over 10 years of experience in psychiatric care, my mission is to provide compassionate, quality, and evidence-based care. I am deeply committed to enhancing the quality of life for our patients. I have a lifelong dedication to understanding and solving the complex challenges of mental health. I often use biological, psychodynamic, behavioral, cognitive, and humanistic theoretical approaches. Each approach offers a different perspective on understanding human behavior and mental processes. Some of our practice specialties include (but are not limited to) ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, PTSD, Insomnia, Psychotherapy, and Schizophrenia. Our practice can be traditional (prescribing up-to-date psychiatric medications) or alternative medicine (natural treatments including but not limited to vitamins, supplements, lifestyle modification- diet, exercise, etc.). I am committed to providing you with exceptional care in a compassionate and friendly atmosphere. I make efforts to make sure that you always feel welcome and at ease. I am looking forward to building a great therapeutic relationship with you. My career in mental healthcare is driven by the desire to help others, offering support and guidance during difficult times. The ability to make a difference in someone's life is incredibly rewarding, and this motivated me to become a Psych and family NP. The opportunity to use empathy and compassion to help individuals navigate their difficulties and lead more fulfilling lives is a major draw. I strive to create a collaborative and patient-centered process. This involves understanding the patient's values, priorities, and goals, then working together to develop achievable and meaningful goals. The goal is to empower patients to actively participate in their care and feel motivated to work towards their desired outcomes.
