She did not take her time to explain herself, and there was no follow-up after my lab results were completed.
This staff also did not ask if I was comfortable doing a revealing exam with a male nurse. Highly unprofessional, and I won't recommend nor will I be returning.

She was pretty rude to the front end staff. She changed my general visit for a sick visit when she said I had a fever. She advised me I had an ear infection, prescribed a medication that’s not covered by my insurance. I left 3 messages before the office closed for the weekend to get the right medication prescribed with no luck. I left 2 messages for the on-call doctor with no luck. Absolute mess.

Dr. Shur was an absolute breath of fresh air, she wasn’t in a rush to get me out of the appointment, she and her staff were generally concerned about what I was worried about, She absolutely listened and came up with a step by step process to find solutions. I couldn’t recommend her enough she gained a lifetime patient and am so happy that I was able to find her.
