I help women professionals in mid-life double their energy and focus by transforming their hormone health so they can reclaim their passion, stamina, and drive-and make a massive impact.
As a women's health and hormone expert for over 17 years and a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine, I've developed a proven system that provides precise, customized solutions to resolve the underlying issues behind your symptoms.
Here's what to expect in your session with me:
- We'll get to the bottom of your single most frustrating health issue
- We'll get clear on what success looks like so we can work together as a team
- We'll put a methodical, targeted plan in place that gets you results in the fastest, most efficient way possible
Plans include advanced adrenal and hormone testing, therapeutic diet, nutritional and botanical medicines, and-if indicated-the elegant use of bio-identical hormones.
Once you become a patient, you'll be enrolled in our online clinic, a digital wellness platform with your own personal dashboard. The platform provides a robust suite of tools for success such as metrics tracking, a digital journal, and private messaging with The Hormone Boss team. It also allows us to securely share labs, order supplements, and meet virtually through a convenient video portal.
A limited number of new patients are accepted each week. Spaces are filling up, so be sure to book quickly.
Please note, although we are private pay, we can provide you with an out-of-network insurance receipt for possible reimbursement depending on your plan.

I hadn’t felt right in a long time. All my blood tests were normal per my MD but i knew something was off. I took the leap and tried the naturopathic route.
Within a couple of months following Dr. Crawford’s blood and saliva testing and my new supplements, I started to feel better. I am so glad I decided to go to her and I’m sure you will too.
