“This was my first ever psychiatrist appointment and I didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Yin was amazing and took special care to listen to me fully and ask questions when needed. She understands how delicate your situation can be and navigates conversation compassionately. I was fully informed of the options available to me and she was patient when I hesitated to jump on board right away. She ended the conversation with the reassurance that there’s never any pressure to take medication and encouraged me to take my time to make a decision. The only downside was that I had to repeat some of the point I emphasized on the intake forms, but it’s better to elaborate in person anyway. I’m looking forward to working with her as I monitor the effects of my medication. I highly recommend seeing her!”
