i have a service dog and so i face a bit of extra anxiety with going to a new office as not all offices are equally educated but the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. i struggle with speech often during first appointments and they were very patient with me. i'm fearful of blood draws and the nurse explicitly asked multiple times if i needed a break and what she could do to put me at ease. absolutely incredible all the way around! my concerns were listen to and we immediately started progress towards diagnosis!
