I feel taken advantage of. She was a great listener, I answered the questions she asked, then when I was asked “Do you have any questions?” I asked about what to expect for the next appointment. The appointment lasted about 15 minutes. I was later charged an extra charge for providing “additional information.” I’m extremely disappointed that someone can just show up late, end early, and add an absurd extra fee for answering a question.
