About Dr. Jack Braha
Dr. Braha is the Chief of Gastroenterology at Mount Sinai-Beth Israel Brooklyn Hospital. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York Institute of Technology, New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine as well as his fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Maimonides Medical Center. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology and fellowship trained in general and advanced gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures. Dr. Braha has a particular interest in colon cancer screening, heartburn, and minimally invasive treatment of hemorrhoids. He also has additional training in Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM). Using a holistic approach, Dr. Braha provides comprehensive care for patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). He completed his undergraduate studies at Yeshiva University. Dr. Braha accepts GHI (out-of-network only).
