My approach I believe that working together with a patient should always include consideration of their input when it comes to their treatment. My goal is to determine the best approach to restoring optimal emotional well-being. I firmly believe that a patient who is happy with their medication regimen will have the best outcomes in the future. My communication style I strive to maintain a compassionate, easy-going, warm, empathetic, and humorous approach during sessions. You can expect a relaxed environment where we work together as partners in your care. My journey to mental healthcare I hold a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Regis College. My nursing journey began in 2011 as a Licensed Practical Nurse. I continued my education and became a Registered Nurse in 2018. In 2022, I obtained my license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), allowing me to provide specialized care. My goals for you My goal is to help you achieve optimal emotional well-being through a collaborative approach. I believe that when you're happy with your treatment plan, you'll have the best outcomes for your future. Our first session In our first session, we'll work together to understand your concerns and goals. I'll take time to listen to your story and consider your input as we develop a treatment approach that feels right for you.
