I have had a string of terrible experiences with psychiatrists in the past but he reminds me of my very first psychiatrist who was a godsend whom I had to step away from due to a change in insurance. I am grateful to have found Jacob. He is very kind, patient and knowledgeable in his field.

He took the time to really listen to how I have been feeling, explained my treatment options clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. His calm approach and genuine care made it much easier for me to open up and ask questions. I feel supported, respected, and confident moving forward with my care. I am truly grateful to have a provider who leads with compassion and understanding. I definitely referred him to people I know!

The office itself was really well managed. They contacted me before the session to make sure I complete the check-in process on ZocDoc. Besides the sent me reminders regarding my appointment. Jacob Didas was also a great doctor. Very patient, very understanding. He prescribed me my meds and even gave me his personal contact info so I can reach out to him with any further questions/issues; like difficulty getting meds or possible side effects. One thing I still cannot understand is that they just processed my insurance documents and did not ask me to pay anything for the session. Maybe I am new in this country and don’t know how the system works yet, but they said the insurance is gonna pay for it and I don’t need to worry about it. Anyway, this was a great session, I’m waiting for my pharmacy to fill the prescription and I already booked next month’s appointment. Hope everything goes smoothly in the future as well.
