Getting to know Dr. Jacob Moulds
An in-person visit may be required depending on your treatment needs, such as but not limited to certain prescriptions. Your clinician will work with you to determine an appropriate treatment plan.
Jacob Moulds, D.O. was born and raised in Tennessee, spending most of his childhood and young adulthood in Chattanooga. He completed his undergraduate education in Chattanooga as well, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. Dr. Moulds then moved to Mississippi where he attended William Carey University for a master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, it was during this program that he became fascinated with the practice of medicine. Dr. Moulds attended William Carey University for medical school, graduating in 2016. After graduation, he moved to Miami, FL to complete his residency in psychiatry where he was exposed to a plethora of pathologies and experiences.
During his training, Dr. Moulds learned to expand his focus beyond just the pathology and take into account the entire experience of the patient into his treatment – such as family, environment, and life experiences. Dr. Moulds continually forces himself to grow and improve as a psychiatrist in order to better serve those trusting him with their mental health.
In his free time, Dr. Moulds enjoys watching or reading anything fantasy or science fiction. He loves going to the movies as well as live theater. He enjoys weight lifting, exploring the outdoors and spending time with his two mildly overweight dogs.

there is no need to send 5-19 different emails, texts, calls, messenger birds, sky writing to ask me about a survey. the over corporate nature of satisfaction surveys is detrimental to patients and providers alike.

i appreciate dr. moulds' friendly manner and the way he takes time to connect, looking into the camera (so important), and thinks over my answers carefully, asking follow-up questions etc. generally he has been great. not great: receiving emails from both the community psychiatry and mindpath health systems with different links for the same action has been really confusing.

your team and dr. moulds make managing my adhd easy, and takes a lot of stress out of my life. i read about horror stories online all the time from other people with adhd getting the care they need, and i'm grateful they i don't have to go through it

i never received an email with a zoom link for my first appointment. i had to call the morning of my appt to find out how to connect with my clinician. the issue was resolved quickly, but should have never been an issue in the first place.

i am a busy mom and there has been multiple occasions where i have gone months between appointments and dr. moulds never upset with me nor does he ask me to remind him of anything i've once talked to him about. we have been meeting through zoom for close to 3 years and i don't plan on switching.
