I am a board certified psychiatrist trained at Harvard Medical School with extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar illness and a variety of other psychiatric problems. My practice focuses on careful, evidence based psychiatric treatment including medication as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. I believe the most effective care grows from a strong partnership between the psychiatrist and the patient grounded in trust, respect and open communication.. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings and I have helped many patients achieve meaningful and lasting improvement in their mental health and in their quality of life. My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care in a supportive and professional environment. I have treated many people over the years. Many people have responded well to my treatment. I believe that treatment works best when it is a collaborative effort between the psychiatrist and the person receiving treatment. I look forward to meeting you and sharing my experience with you.
