About Jade Lee

I'm Jade Lee, a registered dietitian living in Austin, Texas. Throughout my life, nutrition has shown me time and time again that the quality of food I eat affects the quality of every aspect of life. I believe that optimizing nutrition is vital to our ‘performance,' whether you're an athlete training for your sport or an individual who wants to feel their best at work and at home while creating a healthy relationship with food. Originally from Washington state, I earned my Bachelor's degree from Western Washington University and my Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Bastyr University. I've been lucky enough to work with professional and elite athletes, eating disorders, and medical nutrition. So whether you're an individual who wants to improve quality of life or you're an athlete wanting to optimize your performance, I'm excited to work with you!
