“Nothing to do with Dr Jung himself but the nurse who did my bloodwork seemed inexperienced. Kept poking me with the needle only to ultimately be unsuccessful and tried to blame it on me not drinking water that morning (my appt was at 920AM). I drink 2+ liters of water a day and have had many successful blood draws in the past so I felt a little gaslit. And now I have to go to a different diagnostics center to get my bloodwork done which is a bit of a pain. Other than that, the experience was great, I can't complain. Dr Jung has excellent bedside manners and demonstrates motivation for care and a quality patient experience.”

He earned his Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Doctor was fine. I was a new patient and a week later I learned that he was leaving the practice. This probably explains the very mediocre and mundane bedside manner. The office seems to be a disaster. I’ve had to call four times in the last two weeks to get the right prescription because nobody is following up.

I booked a 10:20am appointment (2 days prior) on Zocdoc and called ahead to say I’d be 5 minutes late due to work. No one answered, so I left a voicemail. No one confirmed or followed up. When I arrived, the front desk receptionist, Yallyn, didn’t greet me and made me feel like a burden. She claimed not to see my appointment, even after I showed proof. She then said it had been canceled and asked if I wanted to reschedule, with no apology or warmth. I was given a 5:10pm slot and called again at 5:05pm to confirm I was on my way. When I arrived, she looked visibly annoyed. I stayed calm, but felt completely dismissed. I noticed her tone was much friendlier with other patients, and I was never greeted by the manager, though others were. I ultimately canceled. No one offered help or an apology. The manager asked what happened, but I was too frustrated to explain. As the only Black male there, I couldn’t help but wonder if bias played a role. Either way, the customer service was unaccept

The office was very hot and the exam rooms were tiny and they have you sit on a chair instead of the exam table which was a first for me. There were storage boxes in the exam rooms. The nurse was not very attentive when I tried to explain my medical history. The doctor came in and asked me what my name was and then he verified on his iPhone to make sure. He came in with a regular black top and jeans, no doctors coat. He used his iPhone's flashlight to check my throat. Very surprised at the high reviews when everything seemed unprofessional. He only checked my lungs after I asked and told me to take 4 deep breaths. He never checked my lungs from the front, only back. He answered all my questions but didn't seem very interested. Overall I got what I needed was my lungs checked and antibiotics but would not be back because I didn't feel like the team cared much.

A thoroughly pleasant experience - The person at the desk was welcoming and helpful. The decor in the waiting room was comfortable, with real plants and a warm scene on a large screen. as well as natural light from the windows. Glenda, the medical assistant, put me at ease and was very efficient and kind. Dr Jung was confidence-inspiring and engaging. He asked questions and encouraged me to do the same. I look forward to my follow-up visit.

Had a very different experience from all the 5-star reviews I read here. I felt extremely rushed during my annual physical with Dr. Jung and it felt like he didn't want to answer any of my questions I had. His attitude generally comes off as pretentious and dismissive -- he didn't believe my self-diagnosis of a simple problem until I got an x-ray to confirm. It did not feel like a friendly/safe environment where I could freely discuss my health and my concerns.

Wow so glad I picked the right doctor. From start to finish Dr. Jung was totally on top of everything ...all of my concerns were answered and his calm assuredness really helped put me at ease. Thanks Dr. Jung!

The doctor hardly examined me just looked me over didnt even take me to an examing room. he also made me do a follow-up video call to go over ny blood work he tild me to get but semeed annoyed when i asked questions regarding it. he promised to help me get needed medication but there's no way to get in touch with his office. you have to leave messages constantly you never get a human being when you call he never calls back or gives a response to your requests. it's a very unprofessional location. please go someplace else if you want to have a good experience.

It was nerve-wracking to build up confidence in seeing a new doctor, but walking into the building and office gave me some calm. I felt immediately respected, knowing that they did not book four appointments at the same time as mine.
The Receptionist, PA Assistant, and Phlebotomist, were all rock stars, easing my anxieties, and putting the cap on my great experience. Meeting with Dr. Jung was so soothing. He was in no rush to get me in and out, we talked for quite a while, so much that I had to apologize for eating into others' time. He discussed my medical history and ordered tests. For the first time in as far back as I could remember, I met with a medical professional who had empathy and not a quick hand to dismiss with prescriptions.
I am going back and would recommend him as well.

I can’t believe how seamless the experiences have been since I established care with Dr. Jung and his practice. From booking an appointment through Zocdoc to sitting in the consultation office, it makes me continue to my care here. I prefer in-person visits when possible, but also have the option for virtual visits when limited time and place. My favorite things Dr. Jung provide are clear cut explanations of potential and factual problems, medications, their effects, and possible consequences when mixed with other factors such as other medications, underlying medical issues, or pregnancy, as an example. He provides me a platform to share, and gives insight about specific meds from different pharmacies that really advocate for my best interest. Communication is enhanced with the integrated use of an app and claims to pay with links to lab results. Waiting time is minimal, if any. Excellent about follow ups & reminders. Air mists & green lucious plants create such a relaxing vibe too! Ty
