I booked another appointment to leave a REAL review. My initial appointment with Dr Jamie was fine and pleasant. After that it was impossible to get a hold of her. I reported this to Zodoc twice. She practiced me medication and disappeared . I was never able to pick up the medication because she didn’t Colette the prior authorization. After which medication was sold out. I tried reaching out and each time it took her so long to get back that the meds were again sold out. The last pharmacy I called to have the meds sent to waited on her communication for a week and also sold out of medication. What’s strange is that she always has appointments open on zodoc. The basis of any good physician patient relationship is commitment and continuity of care. Don’t expect that from her. I’ve since changed doctors. If you have a similar experience leave a review so people are aware ! And report to zodoc bc she will try to gaslight you “your voicemail wasn’t working when I tried to reach out!”

Dr. Quintanilla is excellent! She has a wonderful bedside manner, and I felt very comfortable and understood, which is a breath of fresh air after some demoralizing experiences with mental healthcare. She was very attentive to my needs, as well as her office staff. I'm so glad I made the switch :)

My wait time was my fault. I couldn't figure out how to connect. The Dr. was very professional, nice, good listener, etc. You could tell she was listening because when we both started to talk at the same time, she stopped and let me finish. That is something that's rarely done for me. I was impressed. I felt like I was really present in the conversation.
