With over nine years of experience in mental health and a Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, I believe that achieving mental wellness is a holistic process that encompasses the whole body. While recognizing the role of medications, I prefer to explore them as a last resort. I develop personalized treatment plans that may include laboratory studies, nutritional supplements, lifestyle modifications, psychotherapy, and genetic testing, ensuring a comprehensive and holistic approach tailored to each individual’s needs.

Nothing less than incredible and professional. She is the first of the many psychiatrists ive seen, that actually took the time to get to know me as a patient. They have representatives to assist you versus an AI agent like other companies. My provider Jaime was excellent. I felt her assessment was fair and that she wasn't jumping to a quick diagnosis.
