About Dr. Jaimish Gwalani
Dr. Jaimish Gwalani is an ACGME Fellowship-trained pain management doctor dedicated to helping people manage their chronic pain.
He grew up in the Bay Area and pursued his medical education at Philadelphia University and Thomas Jefferson University, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. He then completed his residency training at the University of California, Davis Medical Center.
Following residency, Dr. Gwalani stayed on at UC Davis to pursue additional training through their Interventional Pain Management Fellowship. This program is one of just four in the country to have earned a 2016 Pain Medicine Fellowship Excellence Award from the academy.
Dr. Gwalani specializes in interventional pain management, which includes joint injections, nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulators, and epidural procedures among other treatments. His goal is to provide the best care possible for each patient and he truly believes that starts with listening to them and developing the best treatment plan. Whether it's physical therapy, acupuncture, joint injections, or a surgical consult, he makes sure his patients get what they need when they need it.

No/ I wouldn't he /gave me a prescription that was never sent / I called the office 5 days later they told me the paper work haven't been completed / I cancelled the surgery I was to have on 9/28/2023/ if he didn't get things right now / I would he be after surgery

This was my first appointment with the doctor. He seems very interested and concerned with my concerns. He also comes across that he's able to help with my chronic pain. He listens and asks the right questions and never made any assumptions. Because I am on pain medication previous doctors assumed i was on too much pain meds before I can tell them my issues or before knowing my diagnosis. He did not assume that. In due time we will be able to see if he's able to help my chronic pain.
