About Dr. Jake Williams

Dr. Jake was born and raised in Alaska where he played competitive hockey until the age of 21, and was in athletics, entrepreneur, and fishing guide since youth. He then transitioned into coaching and was an assistant/strength and conditioning coach in the NAHL (North American junior Hockey League) where he learned the importance of proper technique, proper posture, and proper movement. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado and then graduated from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. Away from the office, he enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors with his wife and daughter.
