independently or as a team member. A Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a
Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist that works independently with a collaborator. Personally
blessed with determination, strength, and talent to provide quality care to mentally ill individuals.

Proper assessment, and using DSM-5 tool to diagonize and utilizing evidence-based practice to take care of my clients and family
