Dr. James Koch is an experienced Internal Medicine physician with over 20 years of dedicated service in the United States Air Force. Throughout his military career, Dr. Koch served as a primary care physician for aircrew, air traffic controllers, and special duty personnel, providing care across the U.S. and internationally. His leadership roles in aerospace medicine reflect a deep commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and mission readiness. Dr. Koch earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Wright Patterson AFB in partnership with Wright State University. He brings a wealth of knowledge in both outpatient and inpatient care, with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and veteran health. Dr. Koch is proud to bring his expertise and compassionate approach to the families of West Texas.
