Dr. James (Jim) grew up in Eastern Iowa in the city of Marion. He went on to receive his undergraduate degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Upper Iowa. While he attended Upper Iowa, he also played basketball during his time there. Dr. Jim was introduced to chiropractic at an early age from playing sports his whole life and realized how impactful this profession was on people’s overall health. He knew that he wanted to help others and allow them to live their life to fullest, and he decided that he wanted to pursue his own career in chiropractic. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where he graduated with distinction honors of Cum Laude. When he was attending school, he learned how important the nervous system was and how powerful it was to control and coordinate every single function in the body. Dr. Jim was the president of Torque Release Technique club at Palmer College and went on to become advanced certified in this technique. Outside of the office, you can find him spending time with his lovely wife, Alex, and daughter, Quinn, enjoying quality time with family and friends, playing golf, and watching every sport possible.

About Dr. James Roth
