About Dr. James Spennetta
I was born and raised in the Greater Madison area. After suffering a whiplash injury at only 11 years of age, I began experiencing daily migraine headaches. They continued for two years until I finally tried chiropractic care. Amazed by the results, I decided to become a Doctor of Chiropractic to help as many people as possible live better lives without pain. I graduated cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic and moved to Oshkosh, where my practice focused largely on pediatric care. I love working with kids—they are always full of energy and respond quickly to treatment.
Being a tremendous fan and supporter of the UW Badgers football and basketball programs, our family longed to move back to Madison, Wisconsin. In 1994, I took over a practice on Madison’s Westside in a growing area serving Verona, Fitchburg, Middleton, and Madison communities. Using professional, time-proven alternatives to traditional, costly healthcare that often focuses only on symptoms, I work to correct the root causes of problems. Since moving back, I have been helping people on Madison’s southwest side for over 20 years. It has been a blessing to see and assist so many individuals with diverse stories and challenges. I have witnessed people stop using wheelchairs, children who had been bedwetting for over 10 years improve after just a few treatments, babies stop being colicky, dizziness resolve after a single session, and debilitating carpal tunnel and bulging disc pain vanish.
I have never forgotten why I chose chiropractic. I have a passion for helping those involved in car accidents or suffering from whiplash. To date, I have personally evaluated over 1,200 people following recent car accidents and many thousands more for other aches and pains.

The office have a very welcoming staff. I love the warm way I am greeted when I enter. I almost never have to wait for my appointment. Dr. Spennetta addresses all of my symptoms and I have made significant improvement - reduced pain and increased well-being.

Very professional team of workers, courteous and dedicated to resolve patients complex pain issues. Dr Spennatta himself have proven on multiple occastrious a direct resolution care and very knowledgeable accuracy de fix them. Besides the medicate cares the office (cure) feels like a family atmosphere.
