Hello, I’m James Young, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I work with clients of all ages, from children to older adults, using an integrative approach that considers the brain-body connection. I focus on treating psychiatric concerns while addressing the physical, emotional, and cognitive factors that may influence your treatment.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I have experience helping individuals with a variety of psychiatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep disorders, postpartum depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, panic attacks, and OCD. As a lifelong student of integrative psychiatry, I believe in a collaborative, multi-modal approach to support you in achieving functional improvement.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I recognize that relying solely on medication management may not lead to complete symptom relief. That's why it's essential to work with a provider who listens to your unique experiences and strives to understand your personal journey, as well as your goals for long-term mental health. Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $200 for 45 minutes
Ongoing session: $125 for 20 minutes
