Hi there, I'm Jamie!
Hi, I'm Jamie Fauth, PMHNP-BC. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with many years of experience treating a wide variety of disorders. I earned my Master's in Nursing from the University of San Diego.
My approach
I believe in a compassionate approach to mental health treatment and will work closely with you to develop an individualized treatment plan. I take a holistic perspective on mental health medication treatment and will carefully evaluate your background, lifestyle, and health history to help choose the right medication.
My focus
I see adults (18+) and am comfortable treating any condition listed in the DSM-5.
My communication style
I believe in providing a nonjudgmental and safe space to explore your treatment options. I value getting to know who you are today as well as understanding your past experiences and future goals.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My focus is providing mental health medication management and support to patients ages 18 and older. I am able to treat a variety of conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, OCD, mood disorders, ADHD and trauma related conditions. To ensure we have a productive first visit, please be sure to fill out your intake form in advance! During our first visit, we will complete a full mental health assessment and evaluation. There will be lots of questions during this visit, especially regarding your medical and mental health history. Working together to determine an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan is important for your mental health. This may require multiple appointments. Controlled medications may be available from my practice on a limited basis and rarely on the first session. All paperwork such as FMLA and related will only be considered after several sessions of treatment and as clinically indicated. Once we have completed your evaluation, we can then discuss a treatment plan specific to your needs that will get you on the road to feeling better as soon as possible!

When thinking about my approach to mental health medication management, I will carefully evaluate your health history and situational factors to help choose the right medication specifically tailored to meet your individual needs. I take a holistic perspective to mental health medication treatment and will work closely with you to find a medication regimen that best meets your needs.
