Psychologist
MA
Hello and welcome! I'm Jane. I'm glad you're here, and I'd like to tell you a little about myself. First though, I'd like to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time. This is a big step. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, self-worth, and past traumas. I focus on helping clients develop new, more positive narratives about themselves that accurately reflect who they are. Our narratives are informed by our past, our childhood, our experiences, our internal and external environments, but sometimes, they can become twisted and inaccurate. So much pain can stem from this. I am here to help you develop your own narrative. Therapy can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share. We will work as a team. I am a psychologist with eight years of experience working with a diverse range of clients. I received my doctorate from William James College. I've been I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety and trauma, among other issues. My approach is collaborative and strength-based. I see therapy as a team effort, with the client-clinician relationship being one of the most effective tools in treatment. You'll find me to be empathic and genuine, and a little off beat. Hope to talk to you soon.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
