About Janet Conrad
Janet Conrad joined Manassas Internal Medicine in 2021. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner and has been a nurse since 1991. She completed her Master's in Nursing at George Mason University. Her nursing experience spans family practice, medical/surgical, pediatric, and labor/delivery patient care.
Janet served as an Army nurse and has been married for over 30 years to a career soldier. She has three adult children and a happy mutt. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, quilting, music, swimming, pickleball, and traveling to see her family and friends.

I booked this appointment for my child as you are able to book “sick child visits”. After driving 1.5 hours I was informed once getting there and after checking in that she doesn’t see individuals under 18!
I even checked in online; provided the information for my 7 year old to be told after arriving she couldn’t see seen. This is a poorly ran facility that I would not advise attending.
I booked her based on the rating but after my experience I can say I do not believe the ratings are real.
If this provided does not see “children” you should not be able to book a “ sick child visit”.

and takes the patients concerns into consideration when designing a treatment plan. She has a sense of humor and is able to laugh with you.
I saw her as a consult but am considering her as my PCP.

Janet Conrad was prompt and did not keep we waiting long in the office as most Doctors do. She was professional, attentive and listen to my concerns. She was more thorough than most doctors I see and I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends/family and would see her again myself.

Janet loved to talk about herself and did not listen to a single word that I said. She even interrupted me several times as I tried to explain the reason for my visit. Nothing was accomplished during my appointment.

Although they were busy I did not wait too long to be seen. Staff was friendly and efficient. NP Conrad was great. This was my first time at Manassas Internal Medicine. So she spent a lot of time getting to know me and my history and concerns. Most thorough doctor's visit I've ever had.

She listened to my symptoms and diagnosed me correctly by listening to details. In the beginning we thought it was one thing. Once other questions were asked we realized my blood pressure was low due to medication. Went to check my blood pressure and she was correct.
