Jason Conn, D.O., was born in Portland, Oregon, and lived in several cities in both Oregon and Washington State before moving to Dallas in 1982. He grew up in the South Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas and graduated from The High School of Health Professions in 1990. Dr. Conn continued his education at Baylor University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He completed his medical studies at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, graduating in 2000. He is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine at Plaza Medical Center, Fort Worth, in 2003. Dr. Conn then joined the medical staff of CareNow, serving as Associate Medical Director at the Carrollton facility for five years. In 2008, Dr. Conn was named Medical Director of the Denton facility and served for eight years, caring for patients of all ages with acute and chronic health conditions. Dr. Conn enjoys building long-term partnerships with his patients, strategizing with them to optimize their treatment, and helping them plan for the future to achieve enhanced health and wellness. He believes in treating the whole person, emphasizing that the mind and body are intimately intertwined. Therefore, addressing the health of both is critical in treating disease and maintaining good health. Outside of work, Dr. Conn enjoys spending time with his wife, a teacher in the Coppell ISD, son, and daughter. A movie buff and an avid sports fan, he plays several sports and enjoys the great outdoors when the weather is good, fishing, boating, swimming, hiking, camping, and going to the beach. Dr. Conn also loves to travel and photographs every place he visits.
