I made a New Year's resolution to use 2024 to lose weight and get in shape. The combination of too much work from home, travel, and poor diet had led to me ending up at 246 lbs and obese. Dr Jay worked with me on a diet plan, exercise regimen, and low dose Zepbound. 4 months later, I was at my target weight of 185 lbs and in the best shape I have been in for a long time. Dr Jay worked closely with me to stop the Zepbound, small increase in calory intake, and continued exercise program, along with some supplements to treat vitamin deficiency and a low Thyroid. I am coming up on my one-year anniversary and feel great. I had to buy all new close and have gotten a ton of compliments from those who know me about how great I look. I've recommended a number of friends and family members to Ultimate Wellness and they have all be happy with their treatment and progress, as well. Dr Jay doesn't just write prescriptions, he takes a holistic approach to wellness, and he knows his stuff.

Working with Dr. Giffi to lose weight has given me the opportunity to regain control of my health. I’ve lost 45lbs and feel much more comfortable. I’m no longer standing in the back to avoid embarrassing photos… & my joints feel like they are getting some much deserved relief from lugging additional weight around for so long. I’m sleeping better… and all around I just feel like I’m in a better space in my life after losing the weight. I highly recommend the program!

Not sure where I'd be without Ultimate Wellness and Dr Giffi. I truly feel like they saved my life. I was heading down a bad path health wise.
My primary care doctors were not helpful or seemed to not show any empathy towards my situation. I felt lost and adrift.
The plan and encouragement from the Ultimate Wellness team has helped me drastically change my health for the better. They designed a plan customized specific to my health situation and goals. I feel supported. Can't recommend them enough
