About Dr. Jason Hiatt
Dr. Hiatt was first introduced to podiatry when his foot and ankle surgeon saved his high school basketball season. From then on, he followed his dream of becoming a podiatrist: He graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Biology and received his medical education at California College of Podiatric Medicine, graduating with honors in 1999. He remained in the Bay Area to complete a residency in foot and ankle reconstruction at Kaiser Foundation Hospital Hayward/Fremont and a fellowship in sports medicine at the Center for Sports Medicine at St. Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco. He is board certified in foot and ankle reconstruction by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine.
Dr. Hiatt enjoys identifying his patients’ foot problems and helping them work toward solutions. He treats everything from common ingrown toenails to complex foot and ankle deformities. Dr. Hiatt particularly loves sports medicine and the opportunity to help his patients return to activity following an injury. Dr. Hiatt has extensive experience treating tendon pathology and performing arthroscopic surgery. He has been practicing in Walnut Creek since 2003.
Dr. Hiatt enjoys hiking, biking and any sport that allows him to get outside with his family.

Great but beware of parking in the area. It was a nightmare for me. Come 30-45 min early. This is a city problem more than the office. No parking and broken parking machines.

My regular podiatrist retired and I found Dr. Hyatt online. The only reason I go to a podiatrist just because I am a diabetic.
Dr. Hyatt impress me and is now my new podiatrist. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Hiatt was friendly and gave me a cantharadin treatment on my foot to treat a plantar wart. He explained everything clearly with experience and humor.
