His goal is for patients to leave appointments feeling empowered by their own story and reassured that they have established a clear, realistic plan for moving forward. For his treatment approach, he first seeks to understand what medications and treatments a patient has tried. Together they discuss what helped, what caused side effects or barriers, and what goals patients have for improvement. From there, Dr. Roley builds a comprehensive treatment plan that may include medication management or interventional treatments such as TMS or esketamine.
