I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Whateley! He’s very thorough and takes his time to explain everything. I’ve never had to wait to get called back or wait for him to come in the room. The office is very clean and everyone that works there is very professional and very kind. Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a Drs office, all the way around!

I was very uncomfortable having to switch to a new primary care after the one I had seen for 30 years was changing her practice, Dr Whatley made my initial appointment very comfortable and I feel like I will be happy with him as my new primary.

Zero wait time in the office. Office staff were all very nice and helpful! Dr. Whateley was pleasant, approachable and took time to talk during the visit as well. He listened to my concerns and referred me to some specialists out of his expertise- which I appreciate. He isn’t quick to write a script which I also like too! I am happy to have him as my new doctor since moving to town!

Dr. Whateley is the most thorough PCP I've ever worked with in checking out test results and offering suggestions. He is very patient and kind and he's a pleasure to be with. I'm glad he's in Fort Gratiot! He has a very pleasant staff, also.

We both really like Dr. Whaitley, but when I called for an appt., I was told there were no appts. available until Nov. 29th, 3 weeks away. I was asked if I'd gone to the ER, but no, I hadn't wanted to sit in a roomful of sick people and have to pay a co-pay, besides. A one-person office makes it difficult to get an appt. in a reasonable amount of time. An additional dr. or nurse practitioner is sorely needed in this office. I was able to get an appt. in 2 days through Zocdoc, but in checking Dr. Whaitley's profile today just out of curiosity, I noticed that no appts. were available until the second week of Dec., 3 weeks away. Anyone needing to see a dr. promptly would do well to seek a different dr., one who works in a multi-dr. office.

MY VISIT WAS VERY GOOD. I WAS ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT IN A SHORT AMMOUNT OF TIME AND I WAS REALLY iMPRESSED WITH DR. WHATELEY. HE WAS VERY FRiENDLY AND THOUROUGH AND PROFESSiONAL. THE OFFiCE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. OVERALL A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.
