I was able to book an appointment online and be seen within a couple of days. I was also able to fill out all of the forms online and the doctor used those during the virtual visit. (An in office visit was an option but I chose virtual). The doctor was friendly and listened well to my concerns.

2nd appointment - Dr. Bhawal is extremely knowledgeable about gout and how it affects the whole body. Considering I just had 2 heart stent implants, the fluid pills were causing frequent gout flare ups. She’s got me on the right path with treatments and medication. She listens very well and has genuine concern.

I have some bad experiences with rheumatologists in the past. Dr. Bwahal is refreshingly different - although I have too many doctors to care for too many ill body parts, she is a keeper.

Dr. Javaria had great bedside manner and listened to all of my concerns but the office experience overall left a lot to be desired. The front desk staff seemed new, inexperienced and overwhelmed by the two patients in the lobby at the time.

Very caring and kind doctor. She makes you feel heard. I have been dealing with this issue off and on for YEARS. It had come to the point where I just stopped complaining about it because there seemed to be no solution or diagnoses. Until today. I finally feel like I am on the right path to finding an answer.
