Dr Rios was a wonderful doctor for my needs, he asked a series of questions about my present problem and past history that might be pertinent . Had my X-rays immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to make another appointment with him. He made me feel comfortable about my prognosis and was warm and friendly in answering my concerns. I certainly felt much better than when I came in. I had tried another Orthopedic doctor 2 years ago and was glad I had tried and gotten a better experience with Dr Rios.

Although I had an appointment, the staff hadn't verified my insurance that I submitted when making the appointment.
I booked a secound appointment with a surgeon, was told I'd get a phole call to schedule the surgery. It's now several days later and still no phone call. I'm just short of a couple hundred out off pocket and haven't accomplished anything.
