I would give this provider the least possible stars because it took over 3 weeks to get lab results when they had them back in less than a week and that involves a call every other day with zero return callsexcept after physically going into the office, then I didn’t get my results until I went into the office a total of 2 more times after the initial visit and even then it was difficult to get them to give me my results and they lied and said they had called me and left a message even though there was no call or message and the previous call had been a lie also because they had the results for over 2 weeks according to the stamp on the results

It was definitely the quickest medical appointment ever. The doctor was not personable and my 13 year old and I didn't feel comfortable asking follow up questions. I'm sure he sees people with conditions way worse than what we were infor, but if he wanted us to keep coming back, he didn't do a great job. We will see a different doctor for the follow up. I hope our experience is better next time.

Doctor Jay the first doctor I met in east coast doing his job with care and love, he found out the problem from the first moment rather that I saw 3 doctor and everyone assume something. Highly recommended before you give up and live with the problem you have.

Dr. Barnett was friendly, but concise. I was able to ask him questions and his answers were clear. My appointment did not take long and I would contribute that to the efficiency of the staff and doctors as a whole. Thisis my second time coming to this office and it has been as pleasant as any medical appointment can be!

I saw Dr. Barnett in person this time and he checked me out and sent me on my way quickly...very good things. Other times I have seen the Nurse Practitioners who were also quick and thorough. SO I will see himagaing for screening next year or sooner if I have a problem.

This doctor always seems rushed, pushy, and disinterested in discussing patient/parental concerns. He can't wait to run out of the exam room and move on to the next case.

I'm a healthcare professional and let's just say I won't be going back. He walked in shook my hand, introduced himself and then told me he had prescribed me a medication and that I should apply it in a thin layerand come back in 6-8 weeks. I had another issue but we agreed I should come back when its active. All of this took anywhere from 30-45 seconds if even that long. My biggest qualm was that there was no assessment on his part. No looking at my skin, no examination of the types of boils on my face....perhaps I was expecting too much? Either way I'll pick my prescription up (investigate it thoroughly since he made no mention of what it is ) but I'll also be moving on.

Dr. Barnett is fantastic!! He is the best of the best in this area. Dr. Barnett is extremely knowledgable, and is able to identify the problem and solution with confidence and accuracy. He takes the time to explain the science behindthe condition, and why the treatment is the right fit for each individual. Dr. Barnett is a very pleasant, friendly, and trustworthy doctor, and I highly recommend him.

He was fine but did not seem particularly interested in my condition. Also, the check in was frustrating. I did all the online forms 2 days before the appointment and received a text from ZocDoc that they had been submitted. WhenI got there the desk said they did not have the forms. The text from ZocDoc said to send an "S" for support, which I did. Someone called me and said their system showed the office had printed the forms. The front desk insisted they did not have them and she was very unpleasant about it. When I told the doctor, he said "I have nothing to do with that; that's not my area." As a doctor in the practice he should care if his patients are inconvenienced during check in and about the management of his office. I pressed and he said he would talk to the office manager. Overall I think the office was not apologetic at all about me having to fill out the forms a second time and was annoyed with me for even mentioning it.

Seemed disinterested in the reason for my appt, telling me simply "I have no idea what's causing that." Point blank. No questions or probing or "doctoring", just "I don't know". Maybe there wasn't more he could have done or asked, but I felt dismissed, and rushed. Won't go back.

I was supposed to get a body scan to check for any regularities on my skin. Apparently a whole body scan consists of looking at your body (back and front). It took 10 minutes. My drive and eating period took anhour. Not impressed for being a first time patient.
