This is the worst doctor I have ever seen. While meeting with me he was ignoring his scheduled tele-visits. Then he scheduled a tele-visit for me which he of course did the exact same thing, though he assured me that if he missed my call, he would return it due to the fact that it was my first visit and he needed to get my blood work back the next day, before prescribing my medication. I called the office for 2 weeks before being able to get my prescription sent out. There were multiple tele-visits scheduled by the receptionists, none of which he actually kept up with. I tried the other "PCP" and my experience was not good enough to stay with this clinic. My last straw was going in to pick up paperwork from the other PCP that I'd left during a previous visit and the front desk clerk telling me i needed to pay a copay. I couldn't understand why I was being charged a copay to obtain a piece of paper. I wasn't there to get any actual service. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back.

I was 15 minutes late, which is still within the allowed grace period for late patients. Even though there were no patients ahead of me, I ended up waiting for an hour and had to cancel the appointment before I was seen.
